As a buyer, using a realtor doesn’t cost you a thing. You don’t have to pay for the realtor, but you get all the benefits of using one. Your REALTOR® can help you determine your buying power. You need to know how much house you can afford before you start the search. Your REALTOR® will provide detailed information on properties that meet your criteria from the Multiple Listing Service and other information resources only available to REALTORS®.
Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
When you find a property you like your REALTOR® will help you develop an offer including the offering price and other terms. Your REALTOR® will advise you about the importance of a home inspection and other inspections required by law in the area. Your REALTOR® can also assist in understanding different financing options and assist in identifying qualified lenders.

For every hour I spend showing you homes, I will have spent up to ten hours preparing. I am constantly acquiring information that will help me to better serve you.

Builders may have a “preferred” lender that they will steer you toward. This lender may or may not offer the best options for your situation. I can provide the names of several lenders who can offer multiple loan options to perhaps better meet your needs.
Experienced with the ins-and-outs of new construction
Questions will inevitably come up during the home-building process. I can help answer these questions and/or find the answers to your questions. In addition, the builder and/or his agent might suggest that a home inspection isn’t necessary. I will explain the benefits of having a professional home inspection and help you locate a reputable home inspection company.
