We were relocating from Kansas City area to Jacksonville for business. My realtor in KC introduced us to Watson Realty and Carolyn became our agent. We were stressed because of the compressed timeframes and the sale/purchase was not much fun. We scheduled an add on couple of days to vacation we had scheduled and in one day – one day – we visited 4 homes, made an offer on our #1 choice, got an acceptance, and were well on our way to owning a new home. Visiting the homes was easy – Carolyn had them all lined up and we had some fun with an alarm system, but it all came out well in the end. Carolyn made sure we we were taken care of during closing, as she had a family priority in another state. I admired that, actually. Phil was watching over us, and Rosemary with Watson Title took care of everything on the paperwork. We arrived in JAX on the 14th, signed tha papers, and took possession on the 15th. Like clockwork!
